CDC Data Supports Teen Abstinence!

Mary S. McLellan, MS, SRAS ~ Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist

66511153-Teens-Stay-Healthy-705x522The CDC’s 2018 YRBS (Youth Risk Behavior Survey) Report is out and the data strongly supports students abstaining from all sexual risks.

It also shows that high school students who abstain from all sexual contact (this means oral, anal, and vaginal sex) are healthier than sexually active teens.

WOW! Did you hear any of this in the news?

Not only has the rate of teen sexual activity continued to decrease in the U.S., students who abstain from sex are also more likely to abstain from other risk behaviors leading to violence, suicide, tobacco use, alcohol and other drugs. Plus, they have better nutritional habits than sexually active teens, which protects them from life-long consequences of obesity.

“Students who had no sexual contact have a much lower prevalence of most health-risk behaviors compared with students who had sexual contact with only the opposite sex and students who had sexual contact with only the same sex or with both sexes. For example, the prevalence of all five injury related risk behaviors, all 13 violence-related risk behaviors, all five suicide-related risk behaviors, all 19 tobacco use-related risk behaviors, all 19 risk behaviors related to alcohol and other drug use, and six of the 11 dietary risk behaviors was higher among students who had sexual contact with only the opposite sex and students who had sexual contact with only the same sex or with both sexes than students who had no sexual contact.”(Pg. 108)

This amazing news was NOT reported by the main stream media because it doesn’t fit the Sexual Rights narrative. Rather, SIECUS, a spinoff of Planned Parenthood, reported on  “severe health disparities among lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) youth and youth of color.”

Of course, there are ‘severe health disparities!’ But, the so-called ‘disparities’ occur between those abstaining and those having sex! It only proves that teaching adolescents and teens that sex is normal, good, and expected is very dangerous to their health.

SIECUS, CDC DASH (Division of Adolescent and School Health), and many others are responsible for creating these ‘severe health disparities!’ For more than 30 years, they have colluded to normalize high risk sexual behaviors in public schools and community agencies through harmful CSE and influencing public policy and laws.

New research by the Institute for Research and Evaluation reveals that CSE has been a dismal failure at protecting the sexual health of youth. Some CSE programs actually harm children. In addition, many of the CSE programs researched had no impact on condom use, which lines up with the CDC YRBS data showing that condom use among sexually active teens is at an all-time-low. No wonder STDs rates are soaring in almost every state.

Smart teens are winning! The majority of teens ARE making wise choices and more parents are getting outraged about the obscene and harmful sex ed in their schools.

Join the fight to protect the health and innocence of children!

Take a look at the harmful elements found in Rights, Respect, and Responsibility (3Rs), a popular CSE program that is sweeping the U.S.

Open Letter to State Legislators

Stop_Sign

Dear State Legislators in America,

What you do this Spring in your state – no matter how large or small – is very important to stopping the Planned Parenthood/SIECUS/ACLU/Obamacare agendas to teach sexual activity to children.

If you do not know who each of these special interest groups are, then you have homework to do before you pass any laws!

Every motion, every bill, and every amendment pertaining to the sex education of our children will impact the fiscal, social, and physical health of your state.

The social sciences have proven that the more children that are raised apart from their own married mothers and fathers the more they, and your state, will suffer from poverty, disease, sexual and domestic abuse, low graduation rates, unemployment and crime.

Sex outside of marriage, and the chaotic family formation and destruction that results, are growing the welfare state. Until you get a grip and realize this, your state will continue to groan under the weight of entitlements and social misery.

Teaching minors in our taxpayer funded schools how to use condoms, take hormones, and seek abortions is no substitute for teaching them self-control, respect for themselves and others, and the benefits of abstaining from all risky behaviors including sex, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, and violence.

All of these risky behaviors derail our children’s futures. We have laws against underage sales of alcohol and tobacco, and laws against drugs and violence, but there seems to be no way to stop the purveyors of sex from reaching our children, even in the public schools. Children are suppose to be minors protected by the law, yet they are “legally” exposed to explicit sexual education paid for with our tax money.

Why do you think more and more families are pulling their children out of the public schools to either teach them at home or educate them in private or Christian schools? Values and character matter more to living a successful life than knowing math or science.

There is absolutely no way that a state or a nation can survive fiscally when less than half of the population must support the majority of the population. It is just not sustainable. What will you do to fix it?

Your job is to read and study each and every piece of Legislation, seek input from the experts in the field that it would impact, and never pass any legislation that you do not understand or that your gut tells you is questionable.

No matter what you’ve been told, you are not the smartest Legislator on the block. You just got elected! You are but one person in need of wisdom and discernment from God and input from your constituents on both sides of every issue.

Your state needs you to seek real input, not influence, and if you do this you will do a much better job of protecting children from the sexual filth that is already in their schools.

Passing vague ambiguous amendments out of committees just to get them off the docket is foolhardy and shameful. Even if you are not coming back next session, it reflects badly on your character and your ability to serve the people who elected you.

It would be better to stop an amendment that is sponsored by questionable groups and/or that you do not understand than to bow to peer pressure from your so-called colleagues in the room.

Bowing to peer pressure does not show quality character or leadership. How can you expect the children of your district to resist peer pressure, if you cave?

The children and the future of your state can live without another Law, but they cannot survived and thrive under the tyranny of the laws you are responsible for passing.

You are accountable, not only to your constituents, but to the God you say you serve. Do your job well and if you do, then we will thank you.

Exposed: “Making Proud Choices!”

MPC CurriculumOrder_of_Condom_Line-Up_cards_p148(3)

Beware!!! Just because a sex education program claims to teach “abstinence-first” or be “abstinence-based” does not make it so.

The Planned Parenthood/SIECUS Networks in SC, NC, TX, HI, AZ, KS, NY, FL, WA, CA, OH, OR etc. are teaching “Making Proud Choices!” (or it’s little brother: Pono Choices!) in public schools and claim that it promotes abstinence. This is what Comprehensive Sex Education looks like. It is Sexual Foreplay Education designed to alter your child’s developing brain.

“Making Proud Choices!” (MPC) does not teach middle school students (11-13 year olds MINORS) about MARRIAGE, so where is the context for sex? Until you want to?

Without MARRIAGE as the context for sex, there are no boundaries for sex.

MORE MPC FACTS:

  • Cover page: MPC never claims to be abstinence program. It is a “Safer-Sex Approach to Teen Pregnancy, STDs & HIV.” Yet, advocates will tell school districts and parents that it is an abstinence-first program.
  • MPC is listed on the Planned Parenthood website for sex ed curricula. It has been in many states for decades under the guise of Comprehensive Sex Education. Other programs also listed and in our schools are Making A Difference, Safer Choices and Be Proud, Be Responsible, It’s Your Game. Keep it Real and Teen Outreach Program.
  • MPC is not about teaching students to abstain and it does not mention marriage as the healthiest context for sexual activity. By definition, MPC teaches students how to engage in so-called “Safe” Sexual Foreplay and Sexual Intercourse.
  • Dictionary Definition of Foreplay: sexual stimulation of one’s partner, usually as a prelude to sexual intercourse.
  • “Foreplay” is even mentioned on page 150. See page above.

MPC on page 149:

  • MPC teaches more than sexual foreplay. Here MPC is teaching students that sexual intercourse is encouraged and expected.
  • Discussions about relaxation and how to keep an erection. All of the following is high risk for transmitting STDs.
  • What the girl (YOUR DAUGHTER/GRANDDAUGHTER) should do. Encouraging girls to be participate in “sexual arousal, rolling condom on, intercourse, orgasm, holding onto rim, removing condom and relaxation. She can also buy condoms and have them ready.”
  • If the boy “loses his erection after putting on a condom and before intercourse…have partner take off condom, continue playing and stimulating on another, relax, and enjoy the fun. After awhile, put a new condom on as part of the play.”
  • Teacher says, “Remember and practice these steps so that you can make a proud choice and use condoms every time you have sex.”

MPC. Pg. 150-153 How to Make Condoms Fun and Pleasurable

MPC has nothing to do with encouraging abstinence. It has everything to do with encouraging students to experiment with sex.

  • Page 150 Rationale: “Helping participants see how they can make condom use fun and pleasurable for themselves and their partners encourages consistent use and a sense of pride and responsibility.”
  • Introduces foreplay activities. (150)
  • Techniques for sexual foreplay with condoms (151) These activities are high risk for transmitting STDs skin to skin.
  • Encouraging seductive sex talk between minors. Joking about the sexual activities. Sex is just a recreational sport.
  • All about EMPHASIZING fun and pleasure. (151)
  • Pg. 152 #7 & 8: Teaching students how to be spontaneous. This is the OPPOSITE of teaching self-control, abstinence, and avoiding situations that are risky for sexual activity.“No need to wait”

“Eroticize condom use with partner. (Make it sexy)”

  • After this lesson, the sex teacher is supposed to read this summary found on pg. 153.  Remember, these are minors or very young teens in your schools.

“Once you and your partner both agree to use condoms, do something positive and fun.

Go to the store together. Buy lots of different brands and colors.

Plan a special day when you can experiment. Just talking about how you’ll use all of those condoms can be a turn on. Remember, the proud and responsible thing to do it to always use latex condoms if you have sex.”

 EXPOSED!

Exposed: “Making a Difference!”

Making a Differnce MAD 001Beware!!! Just because a sex education program says it is “abstinence” or “abstinence-only” or “an abstinence approach” does not make it so. The Planned Parenthood/SIECUS Networks in SC, NC, TX, HI, AZ, KS, NY, FL, WA, CA, OH, etc. are already teaching this in public schools as abstinence!

“Making A Difference!” does not teach middle school students (11-13 year olds MINORS) about MARRIAGE, so where is the context for sex? Until you want to?

Without context, there are no boundaries for sex.

Statesville, North Carolina: Making Proud Choices?

MPC CurriculumThis is another Reading Lesson from Making Proud Choices! 4th Edition. Page 149:

Facilitators are told to teach your 13 year old daughters, AND THE BOYS IN THE SAME CLASSROOM, how they can be involved in “stimulating positive attitudes towards condom use” by “sexual arousal, rolling condom on, intercourse, orgasm, holding onto rim, removing condom, and relaxation.”

[She] can also buy condoms and have them ready.”

If the male/boy “loses his erection after putting on a condom, and before intercourse, what could the couple do?” Couple?

Your 13 year old daughters, and their boyfriends, are instructed to, “take off condom, continue playing and stimulating one another, relax, and enjoy the fun. After awhile, put a new condom on as part of the play.”

TELL ME HOW THIS SEXUAL ACTIVITY IS NOT SUPPOSED TO SPREAD STDS?OR, GET YOUR DAUGHTERs PREGNANT, IF THEY ARE NOT ON HORMONAL BIRTH CONTROL?

THIS IS SEXUAL FOREPLAY, BY DEFINITION. Miriam-Webster: “sexual stimulation of one’s partner usually as a prelude to sexual intercourse” and “mutual sexual stimulation preceding intercourse.”

Making Proud Choices! does not just teach students about methods of contraception, pros and cons, as most parents believe. Making Proud Choices! is all about teaching minors how to engage in sexual activity that really could get them pregnant and increase their risks of STD/HIV!

If you live in North Carolina, be alert and aware that Making Proud Choices! will be on the docket for Monday night in Statesville. See news here…!

The Iredell-Statesville School Board will decide whether to pass this Sexual Foreplay Education program for all 9th grade students. Over the past few years, Making Proud Choices! has been provided only on a voluntary basis for after school or weekend programs. Students have received $100 incentives to participate. This $100 is your federal tax money. Plus, the district received $4 Million in Federal Funding to agree to the program.

Monday night, Statesville, NC. Show UP! Speak Out! against this SEXUAL FOREPLAY program. Even if you don’t speak, show up. Numbers count.

The Planned Parenthood/SIECUS Network in NC is saying that they are willing to accept an OPT IN compromise in order to pass it. Will parents OPT IN their children for the $100 incentive?

Even if it is passed as only an OPT IN (students must have parent’s written permission to take it), those students will be talking/sexting? with students who’s parents do not want their children in the program. It will set up a steamy sexual climate in the schools and sexual climate is a major predictor of teen sexual activity.

Don’t let school districts get away with telling you that you can just OPT OUT  OR OPT IN your child from these kinds of programs. Your child and their peer group would have to be opted out to protect them, at all.

Why not OPT OUT the entire school district?

Statesville, NC: Making Poor Choices?

MPC CurriculumParents, if you have children enrolled in the 9th grade in Statesville-Iredell School District (NC), you need to know that your child (a minor) is targeted with one of the worst Safer Sex/Sexual Foreplay curricula in the nation.

Making Proud Choices!, A Safer-Sex Approach to Teen Pregnancy, STD, & HIV Prevention, is also listed on the Planned Parenthood Sex Education website and is part of the SIECUS agenda to change America one school district at a time.

Making Proud Choices! is on the fast track for approval in your school district either on January 6th or 13th , 2014. This sexually explicit curriculum was tabled by the Board early this month due to questions and concerns. At that time, the Board requested copies of the curriculum and any videos or DVDs that go with it.

To date, none of the School Board members have received copies of anything, yet they are expected to approve Making Proud Choices! next month and then find out what is in it. We have heard of this strategy before: “We have to pass the bill, so that you can find out what is in it.”

Unless you, the parents, say NO! to Making Proud Choices! on January 6th, your child will learn how to:

  • make condoms fun and pleasurable,
  • use condoms as a method of foreplay,
  • act sexy/sensual when putting condoms on,
  • hide condoms on your body and ask your partner to find it,
  • tease each other sexually while putting on a condom,
  • have fun putting one on your partner, while pretending you are different people or in different situations,
  • feel more relaxed and really enjoy yourself, and
  • use condoms to make erections last longer!

This list is from page 150 of Making Proud Choices! in a module entitled “How to Make Condoms Fun and Pleasurable.” While Making Proud Choices! is used as contraception education, in reality it goes beyond contraception instruction to teach minors how to have fun and pleasurable sex so that they will use condoms.

Making Proud Choices is exactly what it says it is, “A Safer-Sex Approach to Teen Pregnancy, STD & HIV Prevention.” It doesn’t even claim to teach middle school students how to abstain from sex, although “abstinence” is mentioned beginning on page 60 and afterwards as a disclaimer in some of the lessons.

To garner support for Making Proud Choices! proponents across the nation have made many impossible promises. (Kinda like the passing of Obamacare.) They promised that they would make the primary focus “abstinence” and the secondary focus “contraception.” There are some real problems with those promises:

  1. They cannot and will not take a sexual foreplay program, and turn it into an “abstinence focused” program? This is a ruse.
  2. The Planned Parenthood Network, which includes SIECUS and the ACLU, wants you to focus on the Abstinence vs. Contraception debate, rather than the Contraception vs. Sexual Foreplay content they are teaching your child.
  3. North Carolina is going in the wrong direction. CDC data indicates that almost 75% of minors nationally have not had sex, so why are we teaching sexual foreplay to 100% of all minors in school districts when they should be focused on academics, sports and being a kid?
  4. Reproductive Health is not taught in this curriculum. This is required under NC Law. Do they not want kids to know about when and where conception takes place?
  5. NC Law requires that abstinence from sexual activity outside of marriage be taught as the expected standard, but Making Proud Choices does not recognize marriage, therefore it cannot teach that marriage is the optimal context for sexual activity.
  6. Family life Education is barely discussed except in the context of how getting pregnancy would affect the parent.
  7. Under Pregnancy Prevention Education, the most effective means of preventing pregnancy, abstinence, is not even mentioned until page 60 as the very last choice. Benefits of condom use are explained but not the risks.
  8. STDs: MPC covers HIV/AIDs but does not promote abstinence as the best strategy to prevent HIV/AIDS. Other STDs such as HPV, Herpes, that are transmitted skin to skin, outside of the area a condom would cover, are barely discussed. HPV is missing from a poster listing STDs.
  9. Students are encouraged to “make proud choices” but discouraged from making “moral choices.”
  10. While NC Law allows for teaching about contraception, it does not appear to allow for teaching pleasurable and fun Safe Sex or Sexual Foreplay in the schools.

Based on the evaluations of Making Proud Choices! listed on the US HHS website, it is a questionable choice for the students of Iredell County, NC. Making Proud Choices! has only been evaluated for community and after school programs, not for school settings – yet it is being used in public schools across the nation! High risk teens that were part of the community and after school programs and already having sex used condoms more often, but virgin teens that had sex after participating in the program, did not use condoms.

How safe is that? I thought that was the whole idea behind teaching ALL children about “safe sex”! So they would be prepared in the heat of the moment!

So, if minors cannot legally consent to sex, why are we allowing US Health and Human Services, Planned Parenthood Zealots and some in the school district to exploit and seduce kids into having sex?

The Planned Parenthood Network will not stop pushing sexual foreplay education in your schools unless you, the parents and taxpayers, demand the best sexual health programs for their children.

Obamacare: America Gone Wild

Ameica Gone Wild

It’s official. Planned Parenthood IS Obamacare.

Taxpayers get what they’ve paid for over the past 50 years by sending more and more of their money to DC. We, the taxpayer, have built the government infrastructure for Obamacare and it is a monster.

Today’s America was envisioned by the early Progressives, and written by the Progressive Eugenics in the Planned Parenthood Network. In the early 1960’s, Family Planning and the War on Poverty began a movement that morphed and expanded under both Republican and Democrat regimes. Bits and pieces of this movement have been promoted and institutionalized by the Departments of Education and Public Health, regulated by US Health and Human Services, and now will be enforced by the IRS.

Obamacare is fully systematized.

Reports have emerged across the nation about Planned Parenthood and faith/community organizations receiving grants to navigate and enroll people into Obamacare. The DC Health Link alone is receiving $6.1 million to sign-up people for Obamacare and Metropolitan DC Planned Parenthood received one of the largest of those grants. It only takes 30 hours of training to teach someone how to enroll people and get all of their useful financial and health information!

Over the past twenty-five years, the Planned Parenthood Network (SIECUS, Advocates for Youth, ACLU, the Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, New Morning Foundation, CDC, and many faith/community and state agencies, all supporters of so-called Comprehensive Health Education in the public schools) has orchestrated a push through state legislatures to mandate “Safe Sex-only” education. They have put in place laws and regulations that make it illegal or impossible for authentic abstinence education to be taught.

This entire system works together to get kids (minors) hooked on sex with “medically accurate” and “age appropriate” pornographic “safe sex” education so that their minds are focused on and developed around the pleasures of sex, not on academics and reaching their full potential. This strategy, feeds Obamacare with plenty of healthcare issues such as STDs, HIV/AIDS, abortion, teen pregnancies, cancers (oral, anal, breast, genital, cervical, etc.), depression and mental illness. School health clinics, funded under Obamacare, are conveniently available to provide vaccines, birth control, treatments, and referrals to Planned Parenthood clinics or other like minded providers, without consent from parents.

By encouraging early sexual debut, more chaotic families are formed that will depend on burgeoning entitlements and create even more demand for health and welfare services.

Notice, that the cycle begins with getting kids hooked on porn and sex. This is where we need to disrupt and destroy the system before it destroys our children and any hope for America. If we do not stop Planned Parenthood and their brand of sex education from taking over America, then it’s over.

Obamacare IS America Gone Wild.
