Charleston, SC: Bogus CRISIS! in Teen Pregnancy

Featured

don-t-believe-the-hype-t-shirts_design

Sexual Rights Advocates claim the victory for the lowest teen pregnancy rates in decades. They even claim responsibility for the majority of teens choosing to abstain from sex, yet none of their programs promote sexual abstinence or teach the skills to do so.

In order to keep the media hype going and millions of taxpayer dollars flowing in their direction, these teen sex advocates must claim victory where there is none. They use these bogus claims to convince school districts that all teens will have sex so that they will adopt their Planned Parenthood Sex Programs, exclusively, for middle and high school students.

Teen pregnancy rates have been trending downward for well over two decades. In SC, abstinence-until-marriage education was first funded in 1996 under Welfare Reform. Until then, condoms-only programs were the norm, resulting in skyrocketing teen pregnancy rates. Since 1996, pregnancy rates for teens (15-17) and adolescents (10-14) have dramatically decreased by 60% and 80%, respectively.

Heritage Keepers® is the predominant Abstinence-Until-Marriage Education program used in South Carolina schools over the past two decades. It is the only abstinence-until-marriage program in the nation listed by U.S. HHS as an Evidence-Based Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program.(2012) This list of 35 programs is used by school districts to select sex education programs for their students.

Independent evaluation of Heritage Keepers® in SC public schools reveals that a year after the program, Heritage Keepers® students initiated sexual activity at a rate that is 67% lower than non-program students.

This evaluation included 2,215 sexually experienced and inexperienced students in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade, with 63% of the students African-American.

Heritage Keepers® was shown to be effective across age, gender, and race.

These are amazing behavioral outcomes in the science of teen pregnancy prevention.

In Charleston County, Heritage Keepers® is the only Abstinence-Until-Marriage Education program approved for the public schools, while “safe sex” condom programs are also on the list. When Heritage Keepers® Certified Educators arrive on campus, the sexual climate of the entire school changes.

Students choosing to abstain feel validated, and those contemplating a return to abstinence are empowered to follow through on their goals.

Pregnancy rates in Charleston have declined even more dramatically than the state, with pregnancy rates for teens (15-17) and adolescents (10-14) decreasing by 72% and 90%, respectively.

So, is contraception use driving down pregnancy rates? Not according to the most recent CDC Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) for SC released in 2014.

According to the YRBS, only 32% of SC high school teens were currently sexually active at the time of the survey. That means that almost 70% of high school teens in SC were not having sex! Who knew?

The survey also showed that there was a:

  • 26% increase (2005-2013) in teens who DID NOT USE a condom during last sexual intercourse.
  • 80% of girls DID NOT USE birth control pills to prevent pregnancy before last sexual intercourse. (UNCHANGED since 1995), and
  • 95% of girls DID NOT USE an IUD before last sexual intercourse.

The YRBS further reveals that between 1995 and 2013 more teens abstained from sexual activity. There was a:

  • 28% decrease in high school teens who have EVER had sex.
  • 49% decrease in 9th grade teens who have EVER had sex.
  • 46% decrease in 4 or more life time partners.
  • 30% decrease in high school teens who are sexually active.

Clearly, contraception is not the only reason that pregnancy rates have decreased, since their use has flat lined. The facts show that sexually active teens are not increasing contraception use! And, more teens are abstaining from sex.

Since “safe sex” condom programs used in SC do not teach teens how to abstain from sexual activity or teach about the benefits of abstinence and marriage, how can they take credit for any increases in abstinent behaviors?

They can’t, but they do!

The complicit media will not report the good news from the YRBS, because it does not fit the Sexual Rights narrative. They continue the drum beat demanding that abstinence-until-marriage education programs have failed and must be kicked out of schools in favor of Planned Parenthood Sex Programs.

Don’t believe the hype about a teen pregnancy crisis in need of the Planned Parenthood solution.

It is only a distraction to hide the Sexual Rights Agenda, which has nothing to do with health. It has everything to do with recruiting adolescents and teens into a sexual lifestyle that benefits their business model.

It’s all about the money.

Sex Ed Racists and Bigots

Featured

HowIsPornAddicative_HiRes

People raised with strong beliefs about certain classes of people, faiths, income or education levels, intelligence, lifestyles, knowledge or ideologies, find it difficult to tolerate other beliefs. Neural pathways develop during early years making it easier to think, accept and act based on their own perspectives.

Unless something dramatic happens in their lives, this is their world and life view.

Many Black and White parents in the South taught their children “to not judge others by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” Thanks to Dr. King, we saw results from those efforts in Charleston, SC after the tragic slaughter of nine faith leaders at Mother Emanuel AME Church. Much of Charleston’s response was based on looking beyond color to the content of character and understanding that it is the inside of a person that causes evil, not the outside.

Racism and bigotry are learned behaviors.

There is another, more insidious type of racism and bigotry doing great harm to all people and their families. That is the bigotry of low expectations, especially regarding sexual behavior. Planned Parenthood, SIECUS, and other Sexual Rights Bigots have targeted children for over 30 years through Comprehensive Health Education. These racists and bigots have specifically targeted Black, and other minority, children by using them to “test” sex programs and then by herding them into those sex programs through public schools.

For decades, these sex programs have taught that most kids their age are having sex, which is a lie, and that they have a right to experience sexual pleasures regardless of the consequences. (Kinsey Sex) As a result, millions suffer and are enslaved to a Master – the Government.

No one escapes this enslavement. Either you are forced to pay for welfare entitlements with your taxes or you must subsist on them. Many do both. Unless new generations learn the life-script for success and self-sufficiency, there will be nothing, but further social decline for our children and grandchildren.

There is simply not enough money in the world to support a welfare system that has more dependents than those paying into it.

Change is not easy. The majority of adults – who have never known a day without birth control, abortion, and STDs and have no idea how to form healthy relationships or make marriages work – are raising children to do the same. Not only are their brains wired, their children’s teachers, also groomed, normalize sex acts as entertainment. Sex is just sex. They cannot imagine a world where sex is meant for life-long marriage, intimacy, and procreation or where healthy married families thrive.

Their world is a complex mix of chaotic families, single parents, divorce, STDs, abortion, infertility, porn, sex trafficking, lack of job skills, poverty, domestic and sexual abuse, life-long dependency on welfare, depression and addictions, and more and more indulgence in sex acts as entertainment to escape their dire reality.

Many so-called “safe sex” programs do not teach children about puberty, conception, or reproduction. And, none teach your child about abstinence until marriage or about the benefits of marriage. They use pregnancy and STD prevention to teach sex acts (tricks), grooming the masses for self-destruction.

The proven, ideal life-script for centuries has been censored in public schools for decades. The benefits of marriage and delaying sex until marriage are barred topics from health and sex classes. Even now that Same Sex Marriage has been legalized in the U.S., these subjects are censored! (This proves that much of the Same Sex Marriage Movement is/was about sexual freedoms, not about so-called equal rights or about family.) Students are not taught how sex leads to pregnancies and babies, and therefore when pregnancies occur, they demand that the baby be eliminated. “I didn’t sign up for this! All I wanted was great sex!” Cohabitation and hook-ups are presented as normal, expected, healthy lifestyle choices, regardless of the impact on children.

There is institutional racism and bigotry within our government and academic bureaucracies to transform all people into sexually dependent minions. This is a bi-partisan issue! Both Republican and Democrat leaders have promoted this agenda in our schools and state agencies since the early 60’s. Federal funding will only pay for the implementation of Planned Parenthood Sex Programs in school districts, eliminating quality Evidence-based Abstinence Until Marriage Education programs from consideration. As a result, Sexperts teach vulnerable adolescents and teens how to perform “fun and pleasurable” sex acts to fit the Planned Parenthood/Sexual Rights narrative that “all teens will have sex,” thus leading them down the dark path towards chaos and welfare dependency.

These racists and bigots discriminate against entire classes of people, based on race, gender, and religion, to push their new world order. They target the most vulnerable when their brains are experiencing rapid growth.

The only solution is for parents to take responsibility for teaching their own children about sex, reproduction, and marriage.

Parents need to opt out (Sample from Defend the Family or write your own) of all classes or programs teaching sexual information and/or that refuse to teach about delaying all sexual activity until marriage, and the benefits of marriage. If the schools will not allow you to sit in on all of the sex classes for your child and allow you to view all DVDs, workbooks, and teacher manuals of a sex program, then we recommend that you opt out. Please, do not blindly turn your child over to the state. You have options.

Parents and their kids can sign up for Evidence-based classes in the community. And, faith leaders can be trained to teach science-based, medically accurate lessons consistent with their faith.

Tell your schools to teach Johnny and Susie to read, write and do math, and leave the sex information to you, the parents!

Feds and Planned Parenthood Connection

Featured

IMG_0157Did you know that Heritage Keepers is approved for all schools in Texas and Mississippi? It is the only Abstinence Until Marriage Education program in the nation that is on the U.S. HHS list of Evidence-Based Teen Pregnancy Prevention Programs.

However, the Feds will only fund the implementation of Planned Parenthood Sex Programs through Comprehensive Health Education. If a school district wants Heritage Keepers, or any other abstinence until marriage program, they have to pay for it themselves.

Poor school districts can never afford that.

That’s how Planned Parenthood Sex Programs saturate public schools and gets into your teen’s heart and mind. They are “free.”
It is also how quality programs are eliminated and put out of business. Don’t let Planned Parenthood and the Feds pick the winners and losers for your vulnerable child.

The internet is full of so-called “safe sex.”  But, abstinence and marriage is censored in America’s schools.

Ask for Heritage Keepers in your schools. It’s on the U.S. HHS list that you pay for with your taxes!

ACLU and Activist Judge Need Sex Ed Lesson

Activist JudgesDid you hear the one about the ACLU and the Activist Judge in California? They don’t understand human anatomy, reproduction, or adolescent brain development. Or, do they?

This week, an activist judge ruled that abstinence-only education is “medically inaccurate” and should be illegal in schools. Not only is the teaching of abstinence a state mandate, but abstinence must be taught as the only sure way to prevent pregnancies, HIV and other STDs.

That sounds “medically accurate” to me!

The ACLU is using an 8-year old complaint against the Clovis School District to assault abstinence education and pregnancy care centers who deal with the consequences of sex and unplanned pregnancies every day.

Now, it seems the plaintiffs want to be reimbursed their legal fees, so they are using an activist judge to get them money, while denigrating all abstinence education and smearing pregnancy care centers – at the expense of children.

In 2007, the Clovis School District received complaints from some parents that the abstinence lessons were shaming sexually active students. The school district corrected the issues. Now the ACLU and the parents that sued the district want reparations or restitution for the time that the school district was in the wrong.

While some “mom & pop” abstinence resources have used shame-based rhetoric to encourage delay of sex, it is certainly frowned upon by professional Evidence-based Abstinence Education programs. In fact, most such programs that we have studied encourage all students, regardless of sexual history, to consider abstinence. They explain in great detail the scientific benefits of not having sex until they are in a mutually faithful, monogamous relationship, like marriage. There is no shame; just hope for a better future.

The situation in Clovis sounds like it was a training issue, not a medical accuracy issue!

However, many if not most of the so-called “safe-sex” programs that the ACLU and others in the National Coalition to Support Sexuality Education , promote sexual activities without boundaries as the only normal, healthy, and expected behaviors for children, adolescents, teens and adults. Sex is forced as the only “choice” for young people.

Virgins and those who have decided to commit or recommit to an abstinent life-style are made to feel ashamed of their decision. And, many sexually active students, who do get to hear a strong science-based abstinence message, are relieved to know that they can say NO! to sex.

Girls will say, “No one ever told me that I didn’t have to put out.”

And, boys will comment that, “Now, I know that I don’t have to have babies all over town. I can finish school, get married, and then have children.”

These students, and millions like them, need to be validated and admired for their mature decisions to look beyond the orgasm to a future of real intimacy, health, and success!

One only has to review Making Proud Choices!, a popular sex program for 11-13 year old minors, to understand the extreme pressure that students are subjected to by their teachers and other authorities in the public schools. They are groomed to experiment with sex, delay marriage – if at all, and to engage in risky sexual behaviors. All, while taught that “abstinence” means “avoiding unprotected sex” and if they use condoms, they “do not have to worry.”

Clovis High School did their due diligence to correct their sexual health program years ago. We hope they fight this idiotic decision and win.

When are the Sexual Rights Activists going to take responsibility for the generations of chaotic families they have produced over the past decades? What about all those children who grow up in poverty and dependency on welfare checks with little hope of escape? They are given no “choice.”

It is the Sexual Rights Cartel that should be shamed for their legacy of lies built on the fraudulent science of Alfred Kinsey, and it is their brand of sex education that should be ruled illegal based on “medically fraudulent information” and obscenity statues.

They are the ones that need to pay restitution or reparations to the taxpayers and get kicked out of the schools!

Parents, take the “Predictors of Sexual Risks” Survey!

What are Predictors of Sexual Activity?

Through more than twenty years of reviewing surveys of more than 650,000 students across the USA, Central America and Russia, Dr. Stan Weed of the Institute for Research and Evaluation has identified statistically significant predictors of whether a young person is likely to abstain or initiate sex.

If your teen exhibits any of the above statements, they may be more likely to initiate early sexual activity than someone who does not.

It is important for parents to understand these Predictors of Sexual Activity and be able address them as they talk to their teen about sex and their intentions to abstain. While many predictors cannot be easily changed, these predictors are subject to your influence and if you are not doing the influencing, you may be assured that someone else – in school, through the media, or in your teen’s peer group – is!

The Heritage Keepers® Abstinence-Until-Marriage Education program is designed around these scientifically derived Predictors of Sexual Activity. This means that every Certified Heritage Keepers® Educator has been trained to positively influence these Predictors in every lesson that they teach.

This is why the Heritage Keepers® program works to increase abstinence! It is also the ONLY Abstinence-Until-Marriage Education Curriculum listed by US Health and Human Services as an Evidence-based Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program!

After one year, Heritage Keepers® students abstain at a rate 3 times that of non-program students!

In SC, Heritage Community Services conducts FREE workshops to introduce the program, provide resources, and inform participants about how they can be empowered to protect teens from risky behaviors. Each participant or couple receives a copy of our adult training manual entitled Sex, Lies and Hook Ups: A Parent’s Guide to Fighting Back

Heritage Keepers staff have trained school districts, state health departments, and non-profits to provide their program nationally and internationally. Contact us today about the Heritage Keepers® program!

Sexual Rights…for Your Children?

child sex trade

The Sexual Rights Cartels around the world have produced generations of so-called experts, educators, and elected-officials who believe that everyone has the right to sex with whoever they “need” to, regardless of age.

There are no boundaries for sexual exploitation.

The United Nations redefined “prostitution” to make the “profession” more respectable while ignoring how these women, and men, were forced into it.

At the UN, the politically correct phrases are: “trafficking,” “sex slavery,” “sex work,” and “sex workers.” This is Orwellian doublespeak…”

Employing the word “sex work” represents a prevailing point of view in which women are seen as having “agency,” and therefore can freely choose to be sex workers. The phrase “sex work” is an attempt to mainstream prostitution as just another form of work. Doing so utterly obliterates the fact that prostitutes are most often unwilling victims who suffer from a much higher rate of post-traumatic stress symptomatology than do combat veterans. It hides the fact that American Johns often want—and get—young children or certainly under-age children. Legally, a good deal of prostitution is pedophilia or legalized rape.

Parents, your children are not safe! You cannot trust your schools, churches, elected officials, Health Departments, Social Service Agencies, or anyone else to protect your children. They have ALL failed. You are the only adults in your child’s life that will care enough to set boundaries and educate them on how to completely avoid the risky behaviors facing them.

Even if you failed to form a healthy family, you must now think about your child’s future. What will their family look like?

Find out how to teach your children about Healthy Family Formation, which includes the proven benefits of marriage and raising the next generation to be economically self-sufficient and emotionally healthy.

When parents finally wake up to the fact that sex is not just entertainment, but has biological and neurological implications for every individual and future generations, it may be too late.

Absolute social and economic chaos will be the norm, globally.

Legislation Lies

PonoThis isn’t just happening in Hawaii.

It is happening in almost every state, and involves Progressive Democrats and Republicans.

Parents are the only protection for their children. Beware of any Comprehensive Sex Ed legislation that uses terms such as “peer-reviewed,” “medically accurate information,” or “age appropriate!”

The DEVIL is in the details.

What’s wrong with “Peer-reviewed,” “Medically Accurate Information,” and “Age Appropriate Information?” Isn’t that what we all want? What do the following terms means?

“Peer-reviewed: “The “peers” “reviewing” the research or curricula are all members of the Planned Parenthood Network!

  • The Network does not support children (minors) delaying sex, abstinence outside of marriage, marriage, or faithful, long-term, monogamous relationships.
  • Many in The Network, who are demanding Gay Marriage, do not even support monogamy! Fidelity to one sexual partner is a joke to them!

“Medically accurate information:” is defined by Planned Parenthood, Guttmacher Institute, SIECUS, and others in the Sexual Rights Cartel.

  • “Medically accurate” should only apply to medical information such as contraception, contraceptive devices, and information about STDs.
  • We must force Planned Parenthood Sex Programs to tell the whole truth about condom efficacy, birth control, and IUDs. They need to instruct students on the contraindications for all drugs, how condoms don’t protect against all STDs, and that everyone does not get STDs! If they won’t do it, kick them out!

“Age appropriate:” This is not the same as developmentally, emotionally, psychologically, cognitively, or LEGALLY appropriate.

  • In Hawaii, Pono Choices was deemed “age appropriate” based on reading level!
  • The Planned Parenthood Network knows that children are concrete thinkers until around age 12. They know that minors cannot fully understand abstracts or concepts like “healthy relationships,” “marriage,” “future goals,” or “love.”
  • Therefore, they focus on the sensual and concrete facts about body parts.
  • Abstract ideas like “consent” are presented as “if you like it” or “if you don’t like it,” then it’s OK. Not, is it legal or ethical. Not, if anyone touches you, they will go to jail!

So, before you get suckered into another mandate that will impact your children for the rest of their lives, find out:

  • What is and is not taught?
  • What do the SexPerts want to teach that is not already allowed in current Law?
  • Are sexual foreplay techniques and alternative sex taught as pregnancy or STD prevention?
  • Are pregnancy and STDs the only concern? What about the biological, hormonal, neurological, and emotional consequences of sexual activity?
  • Consider the source of the legislation and their supporters. What is their agenda?
  • Do the authors or supporters promote marriage, fidelity, and healthy family formation?

Don’t be duped by Democrats or Republicans! If it sounds too good to be true, force them to define each word, until its true meaning is exposed!
