Health experts in South Carolina (SC) are finally showing concern about the high rates of STDs/HIV among teens. According to GoUpstate.com,

In one-year, the rate of HIV/AIDS jumped 11% among 15-19 year olds.

And, SC ranks in the top ten states for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV/AIDS.

You should know that the “health experts” mentioned in this article are members of the National Coalition to Support Sexuality Education, a coalition run by SIECUS, which is a spin-off of Planned Parenthood. They are in league with over three hundred national Sexperts who promote Sexual Rights in our schools under the guise of Comprehensive Sexuality Education. (CSE).

Teaching students to delay sex until their brains are mature and they are self-sufficient adults is the best sexual health message, regardless of their sexual history or sexual orientation. However, that is not a Sexpert’s primary goal. Delaying sex just does not fit the Sexual Rights narrative, nor the sex industries’ lucrative business model. They want to get kids hooked on sex at an early age so that they become lifelong customers.

Sexual Rights advocates cannot admit that CSE or ‘contraception-only sex ed’ fails to protect our children from the consequences of sex, mainly STDs/HIV. Rather, they shift the blame to a lack of “access to health care services and affordability of health care services.” Really? Using vulnerable minors to politicize the STD/HIV crisis in SC is absolutely shameless. And for what? More condom distribution centers!

The problem is not health services; it is CSE in our schools. CSE is neither comprehensive nor educational. It is Sexual Rights indoctrination that normalizes and promotes sexual activity for minors. Students are legal minors and cannot consent to sex, so why are adults teaching them how to have sex?

Besides, many SC high school students are not even using condoms. GoUpstate.com reports that, “Only 59 percent of [sexually active] high school students report (2015) using a condom the last time they had sex.” This data does not even factor whether the condoms were used correctly or consistently.

If 59 percent were the only relative data point, this might sounds OK. But, the report neglects to inform us that condom use in SC peaked in 2005 at 67 percent and it has been in decline ever since! Most of this decline occurred during the Obama years when sexually explicit, pornographic, CSE programs began receiving more than 90 percent of all federal sex ed funding. Teaching kids the pleasures of sex and expecting them to care about their future health is ludicrous.

And, for those 41 percent that used a condom the last time they had sex, condoms are not protective enough. Exaggerating condom effectiveness or allowing students to believe that condoms will protect them from STDs is deceitful. Such medically inaccurate information gives students false assurance that they are protected and it encourages them to take more risks.

In addition to failed condom education, we reported last fall that a U.S. Health and Human Services replication study of  “evidence-based” CSE programs reveals that most were ineffective. The full review is in the American Journal of Public Health (October 2016). One of their conclusions was,

“While several of the evaluations did show positive outcomes, most of the programs had small or insignificant impacts on adolescent behavior.”

Valerie Huber, Founder/CEO of WeAscend.org, a national Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA) policy organization, nailed it in her summary of the findings:

“Compared with their peers who were in the program, teens in some TPP-funded projects were more likely to begin having sex, more likely to engage in oral sex, and more likely to get pregnant. In fact, more than 80% of students in these programs fared either worse or no better than their peers who were not in the program.”

Those ignoring the devastating results of CSE programs are not competent to teach our children. To date, none of the failed CSE programs have been pulled from SC schools. Parents and taxpayers must demand that they be removed and replaced with proven-effective Sexual Risk Avoidance programs.

If CSE programs were seat belts, they would have been recalled years ago!

Comprehensive Sex Ed: Total Waste of Our Money!

Do you ever wonder why our culture is more sexualized and pornified than eight years ago?

Nearly a BILLION DOLLAR$ of our money was funneled to Comprehensive Sexuality Education under the Obama administration. 


Comprehensive Sexuality Education is not about science, biology, or reproduction. It is about teaching minor children the pleasures of sex, Sexual Rights, and that sexual risks are no big deal. 

Most so-called Comprehensive Sexuality Education downplays STDs and solves every pregnancy with abortion. It is total indoctrination into a hedonistic lifestyle. Maybe that’s why condom use has flat-lined for twenty-years! (CDC YRBS)

Using terms like “medically accurate” and “age appropriate” are red flags when defined by Planned Parenthood, Advocates For Youth, or Obama’s complicit media. 

Today’s “Comprehensive” Sexuality Education leaves out the many benefits of and skills needed to delay sex until one is educated, self-sufficient, and ready to form a healthy family. That’s not comprehensive enough for most parents and grandparents, who want only quality education for their children. 

We need to defund Obama’s Sexual Rights Agenda so that America’s children can thrive and enjoy the freedoms they deserve.

Just like Jewish lives…Black Lives DO Matter!

Tim ScottDid Jewish lives matter during World War II? Yes, and there was no quibbling about it. Jewish people were targeted by the Nazis for extinction and Christians, like Corrie Ten Boom with others in the Holland Underground, sacrificed their lives to save them.

Why are we whining about whether Black Lives Matter or All Lives Matter? It’s petty in the midst of the violence on our streets, deliberate slaughter of unborn Black babies, and fatherless children.

The Black family in America has been systematically under assault since the time of slavery, and especially since Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, designed ways to control Black populations. Along with Adolph Hitler, Sanger collaborated in eugenics to develop a pure race by getting rid of populations that, in their opinion, were unfit. Hitler targeted the Jews and Sanger targeted the “Negroes.” Both, also targeted the mentally deficient so that they would not be a burden on social services.

Margaret Sanger is quoted saying, “We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities.  The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

According to Dr. Paul Kenger, “Margaret Sanger spoke to a women’s organization affiliated with the KKK and she started the Negro Project to bring birth-control information and clinics to impoverished southern African-Americans. Moreover, the Planned Parenthood founder unequivocally preached a creed of “race improvement,” which meant refining the gene pool and controlling and limiting the reproduction of human beings whom she thought weakened the human race. She clearly saw “Negroes” as among those members of the human race whose reproduction she wanted to control. And there is no doubt that the KKK, being absolute racists, would have lauded that.”

Not only did Sanger seek to control the population growth of Black families, President Johnson’s War on Poverty during the 60’s targeted Black families for government dependency and birth control. Taxpayer funded Planned Parenthood clinics were located in predominately Black neighborhoods to target Black women seeking contraception or abortions. More American unborn Black babies are slaughtered in abortions than any other race. This is genocide.

Add to that, taxpayer funded public schools that indoctrinate generations of Black children through so-called Comprehensive Sex Ed. These sex programs promote early sexual activity, which sustains the Planned Parenthood business model through birth control, teen pregnancies, STD treatments, and abortions. Poor inner city Black youth have been used in “research projects” to develop many of the Comprehensive Sex Ed programs used in public schools across the nation. Such Sexual Rights programs are then funded by federal and state taxes to not only promote birth control and abortion, but also pornographic sex play, gender diversity and transgender agendas.

The ‘newest’ idea from Progressive think tanks is public boarding schools, where inner city youth in Washington, DC are housed during the week and indoctrinated. Once again, our taxes pay for this.

We are all being played by governmental systems and a complicit media. Government and money are the problem, not the solution.

Regardless of whose fault the violence and injustice belongs, the Black family needs help. Senator Tim Scott (SC), one of only two Black US Senators stated today, “The government cannot make us get along,” he said. Instead, Americans would have to do better, be kinder and listen with “their heads and their hearts.”

Black Lives Matter” is an urgent cry to pay attention. Stop defending Whiteness. If you are really not a racist, speak out for justice and stop the madness wherever you live.

Charleston, SC: Letter Exposing Sex Program Censored!

Last week, [May 21st] the Health Advisory Committee (HAC) for Charleston County School District voted unanimously (9 present out of 13) to recommend Making Proud Choices!, a Safer-Sex program for 11-13 year old middle school minors. This program is promoted and funded by Sexual Rights agencies on the federal and state level.  Abstinence is presented to children as equal to “avoiding unprotected sex.”

A similar action failed 2 years ago when Trustees on the Strategic Education Committee actually read some of the sexually explicit and titillating pages in the curriculum.

However, it made no difference to the HAC that a dozen parents, grandparents, medical and education professionals testified against Making Proud Choices! It made no difference that this program violates SC Law by emphasizing sexual activities, rather than abstinence until marriage. Their main concern was getting out within an hour!

The HAC Chair commented that teens from married families might not need Making Proud Choices!, but teens from single parent, urban families certainly need it. That smacks of profiling, discrimination, and bigotry! Low income African American, Hispanic, and white teens from single parent families deserve to learn the same optimal sexual health message – Abstinence-Until-Marriage – as those teens from married families. No wonder there is a caste system in our culture; the marrieds vs. the unmarrieds.

It is preposterous that the HAC is actually targeting specific groups of children in Charleston to receive sexually explicit condoms-only instruction. Are they also told that they cannot take AP classes or the SAT?  

Making Proud Choices! is a failed condom advocacy program that teaches minors how to have “fun and pleasurable,” “erotic” and “worry free” sex with condoms. Evaluations conducted in 1998, 2010, and 2015 showed “no effect” on condom use by the end of the program and even made things worse!

Just last month, a report on a 3-year project in Texas revealed that more of the 8th grade Making Proud Choices! students had sex for the first time, had sex within 3 months after the program, had unprotected sex, and were less likely to consistently use condoms compared to students taking a regular health program. The Making Proud Choices! students scored higher on knowledge, but were less confident that they could Say NO! to sex. (http://tinyurl.com/nh7vzhd)

Making Proud Choices! will be considered again soon by the Strategic Education Committee consisting of Trustees Chris Collins, Kate Darby and Chris Staubes. Making Proud Choices! needs to be stopped again, because all of our children deserve better than failed sex programs.

Charleston, SC: Making PORN Choices?

Making Proud Choices pictureMaking Proud Choices! (MPC) is on the fast-track by the so-called Health Advisory Committee (HAC) to get Charleston County School District approval. A similar effort failed in 2013 when School Board Trustees were asked to read just a few pages of content and were so alarmed that they voted to table it immediately.

Now they are back. Who are they?

The HAC includes several Sexual Rights Advocates linked to local, state and national Planned Parenthood organizations, New Morning Foundation/TellThemSC, Advocates for Youth, SC Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, ACLU, and others aligned with the National Coalition to Support Sexuality Education.

While they claim to support the SC Comprehensive Health Education Act (SC Law), they work behind the scenes to gut it of all intent and to promote their Sexual Rights agenda. By promoting undefined and ambiguous ideas such as “medically accurate information,” and “age appropriate” content, they subvert SC Law by redefining abstinence to mean “avoiding unprotected sex,” omit teaching about marriage, and instruct students as young as 11 in how to “safely” perform “fun and pleasurable” sexual foreplay, and oral, anal, and vaginal intercourse.

They groom and exploit minors to engage in sexual activities just at the time when their brains are rapidly developing neural pathways and are most vulnerable to sexual influences.

According to the Oxford Dictionary, pornography is defined as “printed or visual material containing explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings.” After reading some of the content of MPC, where minors are instructed in how to “eroticize” condom use, it is obvious that this curriculum includes pornographic material.

 Any adult saying these same things to a neighbor’s adolescent child would be arrested for exploiting a minor.

What is Making Proud Choices!?

It is a sex education curriculum for minors (11-13), who cannot legally consent to sex. It is listed on websites represented by the National Coalition to Support Sexuality Education.

Evaluation Results: MPC was evaluated as a Saturday program, not in a school setting. Like most similar sex programs, MPC targets low-income, inner-city, African American minors. The mean age was 11.8 years. In some areas of the country, students are paid $100 to take the Saturday classes.

  • Three months after the program, condom use at last sex increased. Students were less likely to have unprotected sexual intercourse.
  • There were no program impacts for virgins at any point during the study.
  • By the end of the study, there were no statistically significant program impacts on overall rates of sexual intercourse or frequency of sexual intercourse.
  • There was no delay of sex. The program did not increase abstinence.

General Information: While MPC never claims to be abstinence education, it is marketed by Sexual Rights Advocates to school districts as an abstinence-based program. The cover page for MPC states that it is a “Safer-Sex Approach to Teen Pregnancy, STDs & HIV.” MPC redefines abstinence to mean “avoiding unprotected sex” or “avoiding unsafe sex” and then repeats the term “abstinence” hundreds of times throughout the curriculum.

Following are direct quotes from MPC Facilitator Manual.

PAGE: (4.1 Edition 2012)

Pg. 60 “Therefore, it is important to avoid these consequences and practice abstinence or at least safer sex.”

Pg. 70 Abstinence is redefined to mean abstaining from unsafe sex: Attitude Statements: “Condoms can be fun and pleasurable if you know the skills to make them that way.” “Girls who carry condoms are smart, responsible, proud, and safe.” “Refusing unsafe sex is the proud responsible thing to do.”

Pg. 85 “Sex can still feel great with condoms. You can make sex fun by using condoms. We’ll learn this later on today.” “It is important that everyone learn how to use condoms correctly.” “Knowing your sexual partner very well does not mean you are safe. You need to use condoms; then you do not have to worry.”

Pg. 87 Kiddie condoms for little penises: #4 “Brainstorm brands and types of condoms…Trojan, Lifestyle, Easy Rider, Rough Rider, flavored, ribbed, ticklers, HotShot (specifically designed for younger teens.)”

Pg. 92 “To protect yourself and your partner from sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV infection, you should: Keep a supply of condoms on hand. Get used to condoms, so they are natural and fun…..Refrain from using alcohol or other drugs because they affect your judgement.” “Condoms make sense. Condoms help protect both partners from pregnancy and STDs, including HIV. However, you must use them correctly every time you have vaginal, oral, or anal intercourse.” 11-13 year old students are not told to avoid sex, but how to engage in it “safely.”

Pg. 98 “Now you know the basics about HIV infection. These are the facts that can help you make proud choices so you can reach your goals in life.” Emotional and neurological consequences of sex are not considered.

Pg. 108 Risk Behaviors: These behaviors are listed as Green, Yellow, and Red Light. Condom use is the goal, not abstinence from all sexual activity. Rather than teaching minors how to avoid risks, they are teaching minors what they can get away with sexually.As long as condoms are used, the following behaviors are discussed as Yellow Light risks: “Having sex with a person who is having sex with others, oral sex on a guy without a condom, mutual masturbation, and vaginal sex, oral sex on a girl using a dental dam, having sex with multiple partners and using condoms, having monogamous sex.”

Pg. 149. Teaching girls how to sexually service boys/partners: “Facilitator Note: Relaxation can wander throughout the whole process to show that relaxation should be a continuous part of the process. Loss of erection can also happen at any time throughout the process.” #12 “Next use the following discussion questions to stimulate positive attitudes toward condom use. Say…Which steps in this process can involve the female? Answers: Sexual arousal, rolling condoms on, intercourse, orgasm, holding onto rim, removing condom, and relaxation. She can also buy condoms and have them ready.” If male loses his erection after putting on a condom and before intercourse, what could the couple do? Answer: This will happen to most males at some point in their lives. Have partner take off condom, continue playing and stimulating one another, relax, and enjoy the fun. After a while, put a new condom on as part of the play.” (This scenario spreads STDs through fluids.) “Summarize by saying, “Remember and practice these steps so that you can make the proud choice and use condoms every time you have sex.””

Pg. 150. Making Proud Choices: “HOW TO MAKE CONDOMS FUN AND PLEASURABLE” 6th Grade/Middle School   Activity B   Procedure for Teachers

Rational: “Helping participants see how they can make condom use fun and pleasurable for themselves and their partners encourages consistent use and a sense of pride and responsibility.” “Add the following ideas to the list if they [students] were not already mentioned by the participants.” “Sex is more fun when condoms are used because…You can use condoms as a method of foreplay. You can think up sexual fantasy using condoms. You can act sexy/sensual when putting condoms on. You can hide one on your body and ask your partner to find it. You can tease each other sexually while putting on the condom. You can have fun putting one on our partner while pretending you are different people or in different situations. You feel more relaxed and can really enjoy yourself. Condoms make erections last longer.

Pg. 151. “Condoms won’t ruin the mood if…You use extra lubrication inside and outside the condom. You use different colors and types/textures. You tell your partner that using condoms can make a man last longer. The partner puts the condom on the penis. You have a sense of humor and make jokes. You put lubricant on the tip of the penis to increase sensitivity or use lubricated condoms. You talk about them in advance. You have the condom open and ready to use.”

*Facilitator note: “Emphasize that you are not endorsing sexual activity among teenagers.”

Pg. 152. MPC is not about learning self-control or delaying sexual activity. “#7. Ask the group to define “spontaneous.” Answers may include: Just do it. Natural flow. No interruptions. No need to wait. #8. “Then, ask them to brainstorm ways to increase the spontaneity and pleasure of condom use. Answers may include: Make sure you have condoms available before you get romantic. Eroticize condom use with partner. (Make it sexy.), Have condoms close by to eliminate fumbling. Prepare the condom in advance. Learn to put the condom on first. Use extra lubricant.” #9. “Encourage everyone to respond. Do you feel prepared to use a condom if you have sex? Will you use one?”

Pg. 153. “Summarize as follows… Once you and your partner both agree to use condoms, do something positive and fun. Go to the store together. Buy lots of different brands and colors. Plan a special day when you can experiment. Just talking about how you’ll use all of those condoms can be a turn on. Remember, the proud and responsible thing to do is to always use latex condoms if you have sex.” (When are 11-13 year olds supposed to practice this? While parents are at work?)

Imagine a vulnerable, yet curious pubescent minor sitting through these lessons. Sex between and with minors is taught as normal, healthy, and expected. They are groomed to have sex as soon as they “feel ready” and can find a willing partner. Or, as soon as they get home they google more ideas about sex which exposes them to internet porn. The average age for adolescents to become addicted to porn and to be recruited for sex trafficking is 12.

Since 1 in 4 children are sexually molested, abused, exploited by the time they are 18, classes probably includes several minors who have been, or are currently being sexually manipulated. What are they to think? That the abuser is the normal person and that they have no right to feel abused or exploited?

Not only does Making Proud Choices! introduce sex to minors when they are the most vulnerable, it is not “medically accurate” or “age appropriate.” Many of the lessons offer false assurances of “safety” with condoms and some activities taught actually spread STDs. There is no concern for the student’s emotional, spiritual, or brain health. The fact that these students are all minors should immediately label Making Proud Choices! as “age inappropriate.”

Once the content of Making Proud Choices! is fully known and the agenda behind it understood, it is obvious that this program is not in the best interest of Charleston students.

 

Charleston, SC: Making Proud Choices! is Back

 

Making Condoms FunMaking Proud Choices!, one of the most sexually explicit Planned Parenthood Sex Curricula in the nation is back for approval in the school district. Making Proud Choices! for 11-13 year old minors is promoted as an “Evidence-Based Safer-Sex Approach to Teen Pregnancy, STDs and HIV.” However, it does not teach abstinence from all sexual activity. In fact, abstinence is taught as “avoiding unprotected sex.”

Opting out of sex ed does little to protect students from pornographic content. Their peers will repeat or text (sext) what they have learned and/or they will be ostracized as “those prudes” who are not cool with learning how to have fun and pleasurable sex. Unless masses of parents opt out, no one cares. Even then, it won’t really change the bureaucracy in charge.

Making Proud Choices! has nothing to do with promoting health. It is about promoting sex. It does little to protect your child from STDs…

Think about it! Using condoms is counter-intuitive. A boy must have an erection in order to put a condom on. By that time, he is too stimulated to remember all of the steps to correctly and consistently use a condom.

Making Proud Choices! is a popular Comprehensive Sex Ed curriculum that goes far beyond teaching the methods, pros and cons, of contraception. It is about grooming students for sex, by creating neural pathways while their adolescent brains are rapidly developing. It is the typical age for sex and porn addiction.

The Sexual Rights Cartel in South Carolina has worked overtime to get Making Proud Choices! approved. They are part of the much larger National Coalition to Support Sexuality Education which controls sex ed at the local, state and federal levels using your tax money and your children to advance their agenda.

The Charleston County School District’s so-called Health Advisory Committee will vote as early as next week to approve Making Proud Choices! as the only available program in the district for 11-13 year old middle school students. Similar efforts failed two years ago, but the Sexual Rights Cartel is back with a vengeance using a new committee stacked with advocates or those ignorant of the real content. All 13-members are handpicked by the Sexual Rights Cartel.

Making Proud Choices! does not teach reproduction, abstinence, or the benefits of marriage. It is all about promoting sex under the guise of STD prevention by teaching fun ways to use condoms.

Rational: “Helping participants see how they can make condom use fun and pleasurable for themselves and their partners encourages consistent use and a sense of pride and responsibility.”

Teachers are told to “Add the following ideas to the list if they were not already mentioned by the participants.”

“Sex is more fun when condoms are used because…

-You can use condoms as a method of foreplay.

-You can think up sexual fantasy using condoms.

-You can act sexy/sensual when putting condoms on.

-You can hide one on your body and ask your partner to find it.

Is it any wonder that students cannot read, write, or understand math, science and history?

Stack of ResearchWhat is “medically accurate” and “age appropriate” sex education? What if Planned Parenthood and SIECUS are in charge of it? Consider this…60 years ago, we thought tobacco was safe!

Scientific knowledge often changes. True science must be tested, validated, and replicated with independent peer review to pass the test. Even then, new scientific discoveries or questions may change, add to, or discredit even the most accepted “scientific facts.”

In The Top 10 Retractions of 2014, A look at this year’s most memorable retractions by Adam Marcus and Ivan Oransky (12/23/14), we find that shoddy scientific reports happen every day. If it were not for true scientific skeptics, who investigate and scrutinize research, we would all be duped.

Peer review does not always mean independent and unbiased peer review. The Planned Parenthood, Guttmacher, and SIECUS Sex Networks have plenty of “peers” to “review” their “science!” Most of the Planned Parenthood sex-only curricula in our schools today were “evaluated” and “peer reviewed” by the authors or their colleagues who hold to similar Alfred Kinsey ideology.

The late Sex Ed guru, Doug Kirby, is a good example of a researcher who developed and evaluated his own programs. Kirby and his PhD colleagues at Education Training Resources (ETR) have made millions using taxpayer dollars (Federal HIV funding through the CDC) to write sex ed curricula aligned with their ideology, and to package and disseminate (sell) them with government funding to countless school districts in the US and globally. Safer Choices is a “protected sex-only” program developed at ETR and evaluated by Kirby.

So, don’t believe it when schools send out notices to inform you that your child is to be taught “medically accurate” and “age appropriate” sex education. You must become the ‘scientist’ for your child. You must dig deep to find out what is being taught and whether it aligns with your values. The Planned Parenthood Network is counting on you to NOT take the time and effort to do that.

Many state legislators and public school districts are mandating that minors, who cannot legally consent to sex, be taught how to have sex. Is this how we teach alcohol, drugs and tobacco prevention?

Minor students are being taught how to engage in sexual foreplay and sexual intercourse. Activities that would get them suspended or expelled from school if it happened on school property or at a school event.

2015 will usher in more legislation seeking to mandate PP Sex-only Ed in all schools. Beware of any sex ed that does not promote marriage as the best context for sex and/or says that it is “abstinence-only.” They leave off the “until-marriage” hoping you will not notice or care. Marriage does matter!
