Health experts in South Carolina (SC) are finally showing concern about the high rates of STDs/HIV among teens. According to GoUpstate.com,
In one-year, the rate of HIV/AIDS jumped 11% among 15-19 year olds.
And, SC ranks in the top ten states for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and HIV/AIDS.
This data is surprising since HIV/AIDS rates are generally reported as declining. What are we to think?
Regardless of its validity, you should know that the “health experts” mentioned in this article are members of the National Coalition to Support Sexuality Education, a coalition run by SIECUS, which is a spin-off of Planned Parenthood. They are in league with over three hundred national Sexperts who promote Sexual Rights in our schools under the guise of Comprehensive Sexuality Education. (CSE).
Teaching students to delay sex until their brains are mature and they are self-sufficient adults is the best sexual health message, regardless of their sexual history or sexual orientation. However, that is not a Sexpert’s primary goal. Delaying sex just does not fit the Sexual Rights narrative, nor the sex industries’ lucrative business model. They want to get kids hooked on sex at an early age so that they become lifelong customers.
Sexual Rights advocates cannot admit that CSE or ‘contraception-only sex ed’ fails to protect our children from the consequences of sex, mainly STDs/HIV. Rather, they shift the blame to a lack of “access to health care services and affordability of health care services.” Really? Using vulnerable minors to politicize the STD/HIV crisis in SC is absolutely shameless. And for what? More condom distribution centers!
The problem is not health services; it is CSE in our schools. CSE is neither comprehensive nor educational. It is Sexual Rights indoctrination that normalizes and promotes sexual activity for minors. Students are legal minors and cannot consent to sex, so why are adults teaching them how to have sex?
Besides, many SC high school students are not even using condoms. GoUpstate.com reports that, “Only 59 percent of [sexually active] high school students report (2015) using a condom the last time they had sex.” This data does not even factor whether the condoms were used correctly or consistently.
If 59 percent were the only relative data point, this might sounds OK. But, the report neglects to inform us that condom use in SC peaked in 2005 at 67 percent and it has been in decline ever since! Most of this decline occurred during the Obama years when sexually explicit, pornographic, CSE programs began receiving more than 90 percent of all federal sex ed funding. Teaching kids the pleasures of sex and expecting them to care about their future health is ludicrous.
And, for those 41 percent that used a condom the last time they had sex, condoms are not protective enough. Exaggerating condom effectiveness or allowing students to believe that condoms will protect them from STDs is deceitful. Such medically inaccurate information gives students false assurance that they are protected and it encourages them to take more risks.
In addition to failed condom education, we reported last fall that a U.S. Health and Human Services replication study of “evidence-based” CSE programs reveals that most were ineffective. The full review is in the American Journal of Public Health (October 2016). One of their conclusions was,
Valerie Huber, Founder/CEO of WeAscend.org, a national Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA) policy organization, nailed it in her summary of the findings:
Those ignoring the devastating results of CSE programs are not competent to teach our children. To date, none of the failed CSE programs have been pulled from SC schools. Parents and taxpayers must demand that they be removed and replaced with proven-effective Sexual Risk Avoidance programs.
If CSE programs were seat belts, they would have been recalled years ago!
By Mary S McLellan, SRAS (Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist)
Do you ever wonder why our culture is more sexualized and pornified than eight years ago?
Nearly a BILLION DOLLAR$ of our money was funneled to Comprehensive Sexuality Education under the Obama administration.
Comprehensive Sexuality Education is not about science, biology, or reproduction. It is about teaching minor children the pleasures of sex, Sexual Rights, and that sexual risks are no big deal.
Most so-called Comprehensive Sexuality Education downplays STDs and solves every pregnancy with abortion. It is total indoctrination into a hedonistic lifestyle. Maybe that’s why condom use has flat-lined for twenty-years! (CDC YRBS)
Using terms like “medically accurate” and “age appropriate” are red flags when defined by Planned Parenthood, Advocates For Youth, or Obama’s complicit media.
Today’s “Comprehensive” Sexuality Education leaves out the many benefits of and skills needed to delay sex until one is educated, self-sufficient, and ready to form a healthy family. That’s not comprehensive enough for most parents and grandparents, who want only quality education for their children.
We need to defund Obama’s Sexual Rights Agenda so that America’s children can thrive and enjoy the freedoms they deserve.

Have you ever felt queasy about those sex programs in your child’s school or health clinic? Maybe you feel that your child is too young to know about oral, anal, and vaginal sex, and how lube can make sex more fun…but you say nothing.
Besides, all of the other parents are letting strangers teach their children about sex, so why shouldn’t you?
Or, maybe you caved, because Educrats and Sexperts have convinced you that they know better than you what is best for your child?
Your gut is right and you should have trusted it! Some of the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Programs promoted and funded with your tax dollars were re-evaluated over the past five years and FAILED miserably. Buried in the HHS website is the evidence that these programs fared no better than general health classes at reducing teen sex or increasing condom use. In fact, some of the programs increased teen sex and pregnancies!
Thanks to Ascend CEO Valerie Huber, these evaluations released in July 2016 are exposed in this press release. Ascend is the only credentialing organization in the U.S. that trains professionals in Sexual Risk Avoidance (SRA), a public health model for optimal sexual health. You can read more in Obama’s promiscuous sex-ed program a failure. Also, click on the Infographic (right) for a quick look or here for a more detailed summary of the findings.
Parents must find out if these failed Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) programs are still in their schools and community organizations: Carrera Program (Children’s Aid Society), Cuidate, It’s Your Game: Keep It Real, PHAT! Abstinence-Only Intervention (Promoting Health Among Teens), Reducing the Risk, Safer Sex, Seventeen Days, Teen Outreach Program, and BART (Becoming A Responsible Teen).
We need a massive recall of these programs!
Don’t be duped by so-called “adaptations” of old or failed programs. Adaptations are simply a slick move by HHS to revamp the same failed sex programs without evaluating them. If the core is rotten, the entire product is disgusting!
While, most of the HHS Teen Pregnancy Prevention Programs are a scam, there is one exception. Heritage Keepers® Abstinence Education is the only authentic Sexual Risk Avoidance program that has been proven effective at increasing abstinence among teens. Heritage Keepers® promotes abstinence-outside-of-marriage. After one year, Heritage Keepers® students initiated sexual activity at a rate that is 67% lower than students not receiving the program.
Today, we have generations of indoctrinated millennials and those younger who think that aberrant sexual lifestyles are the norm. They have been taught that everyone, regardless of age, has the right to sex, as long as they have consent.
Really? Sexual predators groom their victims to consent to sex.
American parents must wake up. You have been used and abused by the Sexual Rights Agenda. You are their Cash Cow. They have taken your money, your children, and your marriages.
Now, they want to take away your future.
Did Jewish lives matter during World War II? Yes, and there was no quibbling about it. Jewish people were targeted by the Nazis for extinction and Christians, like Corrie Ten Boom with others in the Holland Underground, sacrificed their lives to save them.
Why are we whining about whether Black Lives Matter or All Lives Matter? It’s petty in the midst of the violence on our streets, deliberate slaughter of unborn Black babies, and fatherless children.
The Black family in America has been systematically under assault since the time of slavery, and especially since Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, designed ways to control Black populations. Along with Adolph Hitler, Sanger collaborated in eugenics to develop a pure race by getting rid of populations that, in their opinion, were unfit. Hitler targeted the Jews and Sanger targeted the “Negroes.” Both, also targeted the mentally deficient so that they would not be a burden on social services.
Not only did Sanger seek to control the population growth of Black families, President Johnson’s War on Poverty during the 60’s targeted Black families for government dependency and birth control. Taxpayer funded Planned Parenthood clinics were located in predominately Black neighborhoods to target Black women seeking contraception or abortions. More American unborn Black babies are slaughtered in abortions than any other race. This is genocide.
Add to that, taxpayer funded public schools that indoctrinate generations of Black children through so-called Comprehensive Sex Ed. These sex programs promote early sexual activity, which sustains the Planned Parenthood business model through birth control, teen pregnancies, STD treatments, and abortions. Poor inner city Black youth have been used in “research projects” to develop many of the Comprehensive Sex Ed programs used in public schools across the nation. Such Sexual Rights programs are then funded by federal and state taxes to not only promote birth control and abortion, but also pornographic sex play, gender diversity and transgender agendas.
The ‘newest’ idea from Progressive think tanks is public boarding schools, where inner city youth in Washington, DC are housed during the week and indoctrinated. Once again, our taxes pay for this.
We are all being played by governmental systems and a complicit media. Government and money are the problem, not the solution.
Regardless of whose fault the violence and injustice belongs, the Black family needs help. Senator Tim Scott (SC), one of only two Black US Senators stated today, “The government cannot make us get along,” he said. Instead, Americans would have to do better, be kinder and listen with “their heads and their hearts.”
“Black Lives Matter” is an urgent cry to pay attention. Stop defending Whiteness. If you are really not a racist, speak out for justice and stop the madness wherever you live.
What are kids learning about avoiding risky behaviors?
Are we teaching them that some risks are worth the consequences?
This is not how prevention approaches the use of tobacco, drugs, and alcohol. Parents and teachers use every scientific argument known to be directive and adamant about abstaining from these substances and there are laws designed to prevent youth and adults from engaging or promoting such risky behaviors. This approach is the reason that tobacco use among teens has dramatically decreased over the past twenty-years.
Yet, when risky behaviors pertain to sexual activity, parents, teachers, and even law enforcement, become ambivalent and provide wishy-washy guidance, at best, leaving young people exposed to the consequences of sex without boundaries. Why do we shrink back from using every medically accurate, scientific fact to teach our teens and young adults how to abstain and set clear boundaries for appropriate sexual activity?
Why are we, in fact, doing just the opposite?
Many parents tell us that they feel like hypocrites telling their teens to delay sex, even until marriage, because they did not do so. This is exactly how societies go from bad to worse! Adults need to know that this is no longer about them and their sexual history! They have a chance to effect their child’s future. They need to refocus their attention onto what is best for their children and their peers. They need to give them the best sexual health messages, because that’s what most good parents do.
Many Comprehensive Health Ed programs in our schools add-on pregnancy and STD prevention curricula found on the Planned Parenthood website. These curricula teach sexual foreplay techniques with condoms to 11-16 year old teens, under the guise of HIV/STD prevention. Rather than teach clear, protective boundaries, they teach what teens/adults can get away with in our culture. With the clear and unambiguous boundaries of marriage and monogamous life-long fidelity rapidly disappearing from our culture, Sexual Rights have become the predominant message.
However, even with hormonal birth control and condoms, sexual activity still leads to predictable consequences such as pregnancy, disease, and life-long regret. Planned Parenthood, and other abortion services, benefit financially when the inevitable happens. No wonder they push these programs in our schools.
For at least the past three decades, Sex Ed in our schools, military, and colleges has abandoned the science of reproduction, and the medical and social benefits of abstinence and pregnancy prevention. Sex Ed is almost entirely about how to reduce the risks of sex, while still having “erotic, fun, and pleasurable” sex with condoms.
Sex education is an integral part of a worldwide Sexual Rights Agenda that fails to protect the rights of its victims to be really safe and free from harm.
While adults can legally make decisions about their sexual risks, minors and teens cannot, and they deserve legal and social protections from this dangerous agenda and from the adults who indulge in it.
Just two decades ago, military and civilian personnel were effectively trained on sexual harassment using actual court cases, so that they would know the clear boundaries they must follow to stay out of trouble. In recent years, Red, Yellow and Green Light trainings deal with tolerating the sexual behaviors of others and how far a person can go without violating “consent.” Or, how to obtain “consent” without being charged with harassment, sexual abuse or rape.
The lessons taught are about how to avoid the consequences of behavior, not about how to avoid the behavior leading to the consequences. This strategy has never worked for alcohol, drugs, and tobacco use.
Why do we insanely insist that it will work for out-of-bounds sexual activity?
Click on the pictures below. These are very similar sex lessons taught to students, under the guise of HIV Prevention. These sex lessons are known as Red, Yellow and Green Light Activities, found in Making A Difference! (pg. 120) for middle schools and in Be Proud! Be Responsible! (pg. 54) for high schools. Both curricula are produced by Select Media and are provided “FREE” to school districts and “Safe Sex-only” agencies around the nation with Federal and State grants using our tax money.
The purported goal of these lessons is to encourage the use of condoms (protected sex) while engaging in so-called “safe sex.” All of these activities are openly discussed in class as “safe” or “unsafe” ways to express sexual feelings. The Yellow Light activities are presented as “safe,” as long as condoms are used consistently and correctly at every incidence of sex. Even some of the Green Light activities are suspect, and the Red Light activities are really not off limits, as long as “protection” is used.
Even the CDC has stopped using percent effectiveness of condoms against HIV/STD transmission in their most recent Fact Sheet. They only claim that condoms are “highly effective.” However, condoms are only effective if used consistently and correctly during every act of vaginal sexual intercourse. The CDC warns about anal sex, yet promotes condoms for this activity, especially for gay and bisexual men.
Factor in normal human behavior, and the consequences from engaging in these sexual activities are just a “roll of the dice.” One does not get to choose which consequence(s) – STDs, pregnancy, depression, school failure, suicide, or nothing – they would prefer to endure.
“Better to be safe, than sorry” use to be the prevailing wisdom.
Now it is simply, “What can I get away with!”
This is not wisdom and it protects no one.
Find out if any of these sexual foreplay programs are in your child’s school district: Making A Difference!, Making Proud Choices!, Be Proud! Be Responsible!, Safer Choices, It’s Your Game, Draw the Line/Respect the Line, Teen Outreach Program, and Promoting Health Among Teens.
If you need help, contact us at ExposeSexEd@gmail.com. Let us know what is in your school district. If you don’t know, find out! That’s what good parents do!
Beware!!! Just because a sex education program claims to teach “abstinence-first” or be “abstinence-based” does not make it so.
The Planned Parenthood/SIECUS Networks in SC, NC, TX, HI, AZ, KS, NY, FL, WA, CA, OH, OR etc. are teaching “Making Proud Choices!” (or it’s little brother: Pono Choices!) in public schools and claim that it promotes abstinence. This is what Comprehensive Sex Education looks like. It is Sexual Foreplay Education designed to alter your child’s developing brain.
“Making Proud Choices!” (MPC) does not teach middle school students (11-13 year olds MINORS) about MARRIAGE, so where is the context for sex? Until you want to?
Without MARRIAGE as the context for sex, there are no boundaries for sex.
MORE MPC FACTS:
MPC on page 149:
MPC. Pg. 150-153 How to Make Condoms Fun and Pleasurable
MPC has nothing to do with encouraging abstinence. It has everything to do with encouraging students to experiment with sex.
“Eroticize condom use with partner. (Make it sexy)”
“Once you and your partner both agree to use condoms, do something positive and fun.
Go to the store together. Buy lots of different brands and colors.
Plan a special day when you can experiment. Just talking about how you’ll use all of those condoms can be a turn on. Remember, the proud and responsible thing to do it to always use latex condoms if you have sex.”
EXPOSED!
Safe Sex advocates say that humans should have the Right to Sex, but if that sexual encounter results in a pregnancy, that child does not have a Right to Life. Does any of this make sense to you? Sex is no longer the way that humans make babies or for marital intimacy, it is solely for hedonistic entertainment.
Safe Sex advocates support and teach many of the programs found on the Planned Parenthood and SIECUS websites. If pressed, their Networks claim that they DO teach abstinence in their programs. That they teach it at the beginning of every sex class! Just before they teach minors that it is healthy and normal for kids their age to know how to sexually stimulate each others genitals.
Safe Sex-only programs like Making a Difference!, Making Proud Choices!, Pono Choices!, Be Proud! Be Responsible!, It’s Your Game, and Teen Outreach Program, are creating chaos, not only in AZ, CA, HI, OH, OR, KS, MS, NC, ND, NY, SC, TN, TX, UT, but in the lives of our children and their families across the nation. Many of these programs have been in our schools for decades. However, under the Obama administration, they have been given unfettered access and funding, which is now increasing public exposure and scrutiny.
The basic premise of Safe Sex-only Education is that sexual activity, exploration and engagement is a Human Right from birth. (Reisman, Grossman) Sexual relationships are not to be controlled, but to be hotly pursued, because they are part of being human. In their minds, to do otherwise would hinder “healthy” human growth and development. Sex is a human right, and anything goes, at any age, with anyone, with anything, and with any gender. Whatever.
With this extreme Safe Sex ideology in mind, is it any wonder that proponents of Safe Sex for minors and school age teens, are lobbying state legislators to mandate Safe Sex-only education? And, they are demanding that taxpayers fund the government infrastructure, public school systems and universities that will further institutionalize it in our culture.
Is it any wonder that these same Safe Sex advocates view abstinence-until-marriage education programs as outdated, discriminatory, and a violation of the Sexual Rights every human should be entitled? This is why evidence-based abstinence-until-marriage programs, like Heritage Keepers®, are demonized and outlawed in many states.
Teaching kids to abstain from sexual activity, to wait until marriage, and to form their families within a life-long, mutually monogamous, faithful relationship, commonly known as marriage, is just ridiculous in their minds. Sex is considered a “sacred” Human Rights issue worthy of Laws and Regulations to protect it.
Unless parents and faith leaders stand up to stop this, our children and our nation are racing towards absolute chaos.
To postpone some of the chaos, Planned Parenthood and Obamacare have teamed up, again, to control any pesky pregnancies that might result from all of the Safe Sex being taught. This is why taxpayers are now forced to fund contraception, hormonal birth control, and abortions as yet, another entitlement program.
But, hormones and abortion cannot stop STDs and HIV. In fact, there is evidence that hormonal birth control makes it easier for women to contract STDs! Other than abstinence, correct and consistent condom use is the only method that has been effective at reducing, but not eliminating, the transmission of HIV and some STDs. Even then, there is no way to measure correct and consistent condom use on a large scale. Therefore, there is no real way to prove, or disprove, whether a Safe Sex program really works, or not.
But that doesn’t matter, as long as access to students is not denied.
Sex education is no longer about teaching reproductive health so that teens understand their bodies. It is not really about teaching kids how to use contraception and birth control anymore, either. It is about how to reduce HIV/STDs by teaching kids how to have fun and pleasurable safe sex experiences while using condoms and dental dams. Otherwise, the masses (our children and grandchildren) that they say must be taught about their Sexual Rights, will not use condoms to keep HIV/STDs under control.
What about the STDs that condoms are less effective at preventing, like HPV, Herpes, and Syphilis? Those are considered normal, acceptable risks. Besides, more government entitlements are available through Big Pharma for the HPV vaccine, Herpes drugs and antibiotics. Forget the cervical cancer and the infertility that results from these normal STDs.
If we the people, do not stop this madness, then America is over. There has never been a culture that thrived under these circumstances. They have all fallen and disappeared.
It only takes one person in each school district, community, state, or church to stand up and expose the Safe Sex agenda. Even normal liberals do not want their children exposed to this kind of pornographic indoctrination.
Most of us are in denial or blind, until we see it for ourselves. Find out what is in your child’s school. Show it to other parents. Read it out loud to elected officials.
Ask them if this is good enough for their children and their friends.
Upset about Common Core? You should be.
But, it may be too late.
While the masses have been busy working, raising families, and living their own lives our federal government has been busy spending our tax money to build and expand an infrastructure that is now, probably, too big to fail.
This infrastructure was designed by Progressives, and has been patiently implemented over the past 50 years by Democrats and Republican, to centralize government control.
Local control is now essentially gone. How could this happen? In America? Why didn’t someone tell us?
Many have tried to tell you.
The infrastructure for Common Core State Standards is the same used for every government program established over the past 50+ years. Progressives, use fear (poverty, teen pregnancy, hunger, homelessness, etc.) and funding (your money), to start and grow federal programs that are suppose to alleviate our fears and “fix” the problems.
Since the 60’s and 70’s, the fear of poverty was supposed to be “fixed” by War on Poverty programs; the crisis of teen pregnancies and unwanted children was to be “fixed” by Family Planning and abortion on demand; hunger was to be “fixed” by food stamps; and homelessness was to be “fixed” by Section 8 housing and sub-prime mortgages. There are now more than 70 means tested federal programs, none of which have “fixed” the problems they were designed for.
By using fear and funding, the infrastructure to “fix” all of the issues plaguing our culture continues to increase, and taxpayers are duped into giving up more and more of their money and control to take care of problems that money and government control can never fix.
When leaders were told decades ago that Planned Parenthood and their spin-off, Sexuality Education Information Council of the US (SIECUS), had a plan for a National Petting Project to teach sexual foreplay in our public schools, they laughed. (1988)
During the 90’s, they were told that SIECUS, Planned Parenthood, and others were using the free flow of Federal HIV money to influence state and local policy control over sex education in our schools. They laughed louder when we told them that the federal government had established contracts with Institutions of Higher Education to provide training, technical assistance, establish policies, guidelines, dissemination, evaluation and increase collaboration for the institutionalization of Comprehensive School Health.
Even after they were told that seven (7) contracts were made with national organizations to assist Institutions of Higher Education for producing, publishing, packaging, distribution, research and evaluation, program development, dissemination, training, technical assistance, infrastructure development, website management for teachers, and professional development, they scoffed and said it was a conspiracy theory.
Then these leaders were given internet links showing that CDC’s Department of Adolescent School Health (CDC DASH) had established state and local Cooperative Agreements or Contracts in 55 States and Territories including 20 local education agencies to promote “safe sex” education. They continued to scoff.
Even after trying harder to tell them that SIECUS and the Planned Parenthood Network was using federal HIV funding contracts to establish the National AIDS Education and Information Program to conduct train-the-trainer workshops, regional conferences to establish state programs that would institutionalize sexuality curricula guidelines, design state infrastructures to support these programs, use recognition awards with CDC DASH funding, and establish the National Coalition to Support Sexuality Education (NCSSE) which was responsible for teacher assessment, preparation, training and credentialing throughout the infrastructure, they grew tired and ignored us.
Ten years ago, notebooks and reports were compiled with information readily available on the internet and provided to local, state and national leaders that detailed contracts, cooperative agreements and national connections between CDC DASH, NCSSE, SIECUS and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, Council of Chief State School Officers, State Teacher Training Centers, National School Health Leadership Conferences, Society of State Directors of Health, Physical Education and Recreation, Association of Schools of Public Health, Advocates for Youth, Academy of Education Development, Education and Training Resources (ETR), National, State and Local Pregnancy Prevention Programs, Association of State and Territorial Directors of Health Promotion and Public Health Education, Resource Center for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, Education Development Center, School Health Program News, National Education Association (NEA), Health Information Network (WIN), National Training Partnership, and the Training and Development Consortium.
References showing that state and local contracts and cooperative agreements were established with School Districts to manipulate School Health Advisory Committees, funding for District School Health Coordinators, training of teachers and nurses, improve school environment, policy development, overcoming controversy and barriers, activist with school boards, media and advocacy. With all this evidence in hand, nothing happened.
And, at the individual school level, CDC DASH funding for “safe sex” programs was provided for School Health Councils, School Nurses, Health Education Teachers and After School Programs. Hundreds of other CDC DASH contracts and funding streams were also created. No one blinked.
Many have been shouting to anyone that would listen about the teaching of sexual foreplay to minors in the schools and they have been laughed at, scoffed at, and called crazy, right wing zealots.
Now, because of the fear of academic failures across the nation, Common Core is the prevailing “fix”. It just needs more funding. However, Common Core has been in bed with the National Sexuality Standards for over a decade. The similarities between Common Core and the institutionalization of “safe sex” education in our schools are obvious to those of us who have been fighting the sexual exploitation of generations of our children. It’s all the same game plan.
Maybe you really didn’t know about all of this. You do now.
Does it matter?
Read more about the connection between Common Core and the National Sexuality Education Standards.
