Dashboard video shows an airplane crashing over a highway before into a river in Taiwan.
Shortly after the crash, CNN reported that thirteen people are confirmed dead and dozens remain missing after the TransAsia Airways ATR-72, carrying 58 people, veered out of control en route from Taipei to Kinmen, off the coast of the Chinese province of Xiamen.
But, miraculously a baby boy was pulled from the wreckage, alive.
Video shows the child wrapped in a blanket as he is lifted into a rescue boat.
No news yet on the fate of the child’s family or travel companions.
Of the 58 people on board, 13 were confirmed dead, 28 injured and the remainder remain missing.
