Planned Parenthood director on Medicaid audit claims “no wrongdoing no fraud”

Saynsumthn's Blog

In 2010, Planned Parenthood of the Inland Northwest agreed to pay the state $345,000 after settling a 2009 audit that uncovered the clinic used incorrect codes and provided insufficient documentation for some claims billed to Medicaid.

The original audit finding estimated the Spokane family-planning organization improperly billed Medicaid more than $629,000 for 333 patient procedures from March 2004 through February 2007.

During that time, the clinic collected about $7.6 million from Medicaid.

Planned Parenthoods in New Jersey were also investigated that same year.

In 2012, a published report said that Illinois Medicaid’s inspector general was investigating the billing practices of Planned Parenthood of Illinois’ medical director.

Crain’s Chicago Business reported more than $3 million in Medicaid funds going to the Planned Parenthood doctor made her the Illinois program’s second-highest-paid doctor.

In 2013, Planned Parenthood’s Houston-based affiliate settled for $4.3 million with the state of Texas after an audit revealed…

Saynsumthn's Blog

Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri, CEO, Laura McQuade said that abortion giant Planned Parenthood needs to work on their “brand.”

laura-mcquade-mug 304xx1200-1800-144-84

We need to work on our brand so that people recognize us as the health care provider that we are and don’t just come to us for one-off service,” she told the Kansas City Business Journal.

Over the next 12 months, our goal is to make Planned Parenthood a choice, rather than just a safety-net provider,” she stated.

Between 2000 and 2010- the Center for Disease Control reported 9,122,134 abortions were performed in the United States.

Although this number may not reflect all abortions performed in the United States it is one of the accepted stats for abortion numbers.

For those same years (2000 – 2010) Planned Parenthood reported performing 2,298,621 abortions.

McQuade said Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri, which routinely objects to…

BREAKING NEWS: Your Crock Pot is NOT Oppressing You.

KeepLifeLegal

Here we are, at the corner of STUPID and ARE YOU KIDDING ME….again. I mean, what is up with WaPo? Oh…okay, dumb question. I keep looking for intelligent life and all I get is how oppressed I am as a woman and all it would take is the lowly slow cooker to catapult me in total liberation of…being a woman.

So, was the ‘war on women’ victimized with slow cooker oppression?

PRETTY MUCH THE STUPIDEST STORY EVER…I almost feel victimized:

“The history of the slow cooker, whose sales have been booming recently, reflects a still-raging debate about how consumer appliances have changed — and failed to change — the gender balance at home as well as at work. The Crock-Pot did not liberate women from the social stereotype or common burden of being the one responsible for cooking. Rather, the device, along with countless other home appliances like the washing machine…

SIDEWALK CHRONICLES: We Will NOT Stand Down.

KeepLifeLegal

Eric Scheidler of Prolife Action League did something that is pure genius…show abortionists what lies ahead of their so-called ‘career’: “I am working toward the day when abortion is a crime and committing the crime of abortion would result in an abortionist being arrested,” Scheidler said, adding that while we’re not at that point now, “There are many abortionists out there who should be in jail.”

You can find most of them here.

KEEPLIFELEGALSpecifically at our local facility, TWO AMBULANCES came on ONE DAY last month for two different women with botched abortions. These injured women seldom sue their abortionist because they know they are guilty of a crime themselves – killing their unplanned, unwanted child who did not have a choice. The woman abortionist who committed these heinous crimes on women that day has not been charged or arrested for being a hack ‘doctor’ who injures women.

12 Popular Slang Words Every Parent Should KnowConnecting with kids through slang?

Do you feel out of touch with the rising generation? Parents often feel their kids speak a different language, and kids often complain that their parents don’t understand them.  One great way to connect with your kids is to talk to them about their slang, the new words created or reinvented by their age group.

(And although I am talking about teens here, even younger kids who may not text on cell phones yet still use and know slang terms you may want to understand.)

How many of these words (common in IM, texting, and Instagram) do you know? I sat down with my daughter and got a few surprises! (Had no idea what “thirsty” has come to mean! See below!) More importantly, it was a great way to show that I want to stay in touch with her world.
