The mother of a pro-choicer who violently attacked members of the pro-life group Created Equal says she plans to file a civil lawsuit for emotional distress.

According to ABC6, Anairis Carter claims that her daughter, Victoria Duran(the attacker),is being harassed after a video documenting the attack viral.

The attack began as members of Created Equal peacefully displayed abortion victim images on the street.

Duran is seen hitting Created Equal’s camera and kicking down their signs.

But Duran’s mother claims she is Autistic and that’s why she attacked the group.

“It irritates me that they are trying to make themselves be victims when they are hardly that if you’re a victim you don’t sensationalize it,” said Carter.
